This 24-hour standby email address is the the first contact point for all after-hours queries and emergencies. It is monitored by our appointed engineer on standby and contact is copied to senior department managers to ensure prompt and helpful response. This standby email address will only receive mail before 7:30 and after 17:00 on weekdays and throughout the day on all weekends and public holidays. This service is exclusively for use by GNS clients with MA Contracts and associated Service Level Agreements.
