With over 25 years of IT consulting and new solution deployment experience, we inject positive relationships and specialist product offerings to benefit your IT department from IT managers to on-the-road technicians. Our second offering is our 'Outsourced IT department' service, where we partner with you to become your de facto IT Department.

Our mission is to introduce the most efficient IT solutions to reduce support hours to a minimum. We make use of our advanced in-house Helpdesk system for call logging and call tracking, which has been custom-designed to ensure efficient engineer updates and follow-through on all tasks logged through our Helpdesk system.

At Global Network Systems, we believe in the human touch and offer our clients an expert they can talk to. We operate all of our maintenance contracts on notice of one calendar month, so you can trust us to provide the best service possible.

​

We also offer an ad-hoc Network Management service, perfect for clients who are not yet able to enter into a maintenance contract. Ad-hoc clients can expect the same prompt and efficient service.
