1. Click 'Helpdesk Login' above.
2. Enter your Helpdesk username and password.
3. Click 'Login'.
4. Click on 'Log a Support Call'.
5. Enter details as requested.
6. Click 'Submit'.

You will receive a call reference number verifying that the support call has been logged.
